Whole Wheat Pumpkin Biscotti rolling around my mouth – can I just say YUM? I don’t even have coffee to to swirl it in and it’s good. Go here for the recipe. I used less Splenda and Splenda Brown Sugar (and less of it) and they’re plenty sweet. I also only used vanilla extract (I’m not a big fan of almond extract even though I love almonds), pumpkin pie spice and more than a dash instead all of assorted spices listed, and I sprinkled them with more pumpkin pie spice just before baking.
