The King has two regular prescriptions that he gets every month, one for Singulair and one for Prevacid. Earlier this year, I discovered that both have discount cards that you can get online which yield big savings at the pharmacy. For instance, Prevacid’s Beyond the Burn brings our monthly charge of $25 down to $6.54. And Singulair A.I.R. program will save us ~ $40 ($10/fill for the first 4). As a side note, we couldn’t use the A.I.R. card with an existing prescription so we first got to use it last night on the first renewal fill. If you’re on any standing prescription I’d suggest you google the name of the drug along with “discount card” and see if anything comes up. It could result in some amazing savings!
