So I have been hesitating on putting a few of these up here since there are places that I sadly do not have nearby me . . .
First off, Caribou Coffee . . . I can remember the first time ever that I tasted Caribou Coffee. It was a turtle mocha at the Minneapolis Airport. Seriously, it was that good that I remember it. So anytime I’m in a town where I can get one again, I always do! Alas, in the Queendom there are no Caribou Coffee shops. 🙁 All of this to say, you can get a free drink @ Caribou on your birthday. Tip a little out for me.
The second one applies to both you and your kids. I frequented Sonic quite a bit in college. We have none in our area now (we did when we first moved here but they left bit by bit . . . although there are commercials for Sonic so there must be one in the greater Indy area). Here you can register for a “surprise” on your birthday from Sonic and here for a free kids’ meal (Wacky Pack) for your kiddo on her/his birthday (and a $1.99 one on their 1/2 birthday).
Now I realize that not everyone lives in the Queendom and might be interested in these freebies even though I may not partake. Or you may have relatives in areas where these places abound.
So Happy Birthday to You, just not for me.
