Meal plan for your family effectively each week. Track your grocery list. Hint: the two columns are for separate stores. I typically shop at ALDI and a second swing store or on Amazon each week. Fill in what you already have on hand for snacks, lunch, and breakfast, too. These practices eliminate buying duplicates and letting foods go to waste. It’s the number one way we’ve improved our food budget by far.
