Meal planning has been a huge key in our financial success. It’s not a matter of letting a plan dictate our life. It’s about making sure that we make the most of the groceries that we buy. Nothing unsettles me more than having to throw away produce or other items because we have let them expire.
However, we are fairly particular about the foods we eat. We’re not as clean as we should be when it comes to food; however, we don’t eat too many processed foods. So any old meal plan just won’t do. We need options that help us make the most of our money, our food, and our nutrition.
Enter eMeals. If you have tried eMeals in the past and found it wanting, you might want to take a new look. Did you know eMeals now has plans for Clean Eating, Paleo, Vegetarian, and Natural & Organic? There’s even a Gluten Free plan, too. Want to maximize your grocery budget? Be sure to match up your meal plan with the grocery store you shop at the most often with your plan. eMeals will match the menu with weekly sales and best prices.
Not sure what an eMeals subscription includes? You’ll receive recipes, meals & side dishes, shopping lists, and much more.
Looking to be more intentional with your meal planning in 2014? eMeals is offering 15% Off with the coupon code DINNER15 during the month of January. My biggest challenge is keeping on top of what we have and what we don’t so that we have two things that go together for a meal
