I mentioned that I use this little handy dandy meal planner {pictured above} to draft our meals via pen and paper on a weekly basis {and also create my grocery list for the next week}. There are many ways you can approach planning yours but the main principle is to find something that works for you, stick with it, and tweak it as life dictates.
