Ok, so the Pork Loin that I fixed on Saturday is apparently Fish and Loaves or Oil in the cabinet or something because it just keeps multiplying. I cannot believe we’re still going to have enough for dinner tonight and lunch tomorrow. I must have purchased a larger portion than usual. But I’m not complaining because anytime Monday’s meal plan is easier, I am SO good with it!
Here’s what’s for dinner on the Royal Table this week:
Monday: Pulled Pork
Salad
Macaroni and Cheese
Corn on the Cob
Apple Sauce
Tuesday: Egg Casserole
Sweet Potato Fries
Baked Pear and Apple Crumble
Wednesday: Homemade Pizza topped with
Thursday: Whole Wheat Spaghetti with Veggies and Fresh Mozzarella
Friday: Hawaiian Bread Sandwich
Veggie Chips
Apple Sauce
Orange Slices
Saturday: Lunch: Leftovers
Dinner: Debt Free Party Leftovers
Sunday: TBD otherwise known as it’s Mother’s Day and either someone else is cooking or I’m getting to eat out or a combination thereof.
Planning meals was definitely one of the biggest keys for success in our paying off over $127K in debt. It’s an easy step to make the most of what you have and keep you out of the drive thru. Somewhere midway through our journey, I created this document to help us plan meals and keep track of our grocery list. Hope it helps you get a bit more organized, too!
