The Indiana State Fair arrives this weekend and lasts through August 23rd in Indianapolis. The State Fair and its sponsors are offering discount tickets all across the area plus free promotions surrounding the events. In addition to the traditional featured concerts on the Grandstand stage, they are presenting more free live entertainment than ever before. Yes, you can enjoy the fair inexpensively! We’ve rounded up all the details on Indiana Inexpensively to continue your free summer fun.
Special Admission Days:

  • Sunday 8/9 – Hoosier Lottery Day: exchange your fair ticket for a lotto ticket
  • Wednesday/Thursday 8/12-13 – IndyStar FREE tickets in 8/10 issue
  • Sunday 8/16 – Military personnel and families FREE
  • Monday 8/17 – BMV Carload Day $15 for up to 10 people
  • Wednesday 8/19 – Lunch Deal: FREE admission to IndyGo riders 11am-2pm
  • Thursday 8/20 – State Employees FREE admission
  • Sunday 8/23 – Pepsi Discount: $2 off with any Pepsi can
